Metropolitan Fire Brigade (MFB) was creating a digital awareness campaign to provide tailored safety messaging to people living in high-rise buildings across Melbourne. Think HQ created a mini campaign centred around the slogan “Know What To Do” and three main call-to-actions: know what your plan is; know where your exits are, and know how to reduce your risks. The campaign targeted Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, where MFB has a strong following.

Think HQ produced all campaign look and feel, marketing collateral and video content. The videos were a combination of live footage of a designated firefighter introducing the topic in question, followed by the animation of the safety steps, portrayed using animation of text and graphics addressing the items being discussed.
