The brief

The Cerebral Palsy Support Network (CPSN) sought a new website:  a ‘sustainable platform’ for the majority of their communication to and from their key stakeholders.

As the leading cerebral palsy services provider in Victoria, they wanted to promote themselves as a valued and respected source of information.
They wanted to create the ‘go to’ website for everything related to cerebral palsy. One that clearly promoted and displayed their services, serving information in as few clicks as possible.

Idea

We built a website that showcased what CPSN stood for in 2020 and beyond, in line with their long term strategy.

We simplified the user experience and refreshed the interface to provide something credible, contemporary and modern. And we focussed on accessibility.
We simplified navigation and layouts to create a more responsive site, and refreshed the visual design via a more user friendly font and an image selection that was more inclusive of wide age range of their audience.

We integrated the site with Salesforce Community Cloud, managed the provision of content and SEO tagging and uploaded all copy.

Outcomes

The new website launched at their AGM towards the end of 2020.

There’s been very positive feedback regarding the new look and ease of navigation.

CPSN Marketing and Communications Coordinator Simone Cutajar was highly complimentary of our efforts, describing the new website as a ‘definite success story’.
