Kevin is passionate about building up multicultural communications to become the norm in advertising and communications, rather than an afterthought.
At the Think HQ Group, Kevin builds strong relationships with our diverse stakeholders, including community organisations, community leaders, service providers and media outlets. He manages and delivers audience engagement activities like discussion and focus groups, and facilitates the CultureVerse Multicultural Advisory Panel, which brings diverse community representatives together to provide insight and advice on campaign activity.
His actions ensure CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) communities are well represented, consulted and understood, and that they sit at the heart of every campaign.
Having migrated to Australia from Zimbabwe at aged 12, Kevin has studied in five different countries across Asia (Thailand, Japan, China, Nepal and India.)
He is the Deputy Chairperson of the Zimbabwean Community in Victoria Board, sits on the Africa Day Australia organisation board, and at 19 was the youngest member ever elected to the board of the La Trobe University Council.
Prior to joining the Think HQ Group, he worked as an Electorate Officer for the Federal Member of the seat of Calwell, Maria Vamvakinou, Deputy Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Migration.
Kevin was awarded a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics from La Trobe University.
