Safety awareness and understanding around regional railway crossings needed a major boost. So we partnered with the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts (DITRDCA) to spread the word.
The secret sauce? Centring community. The campaign spoke to regional and multicultural drivers through trusted voices who could cut through the noise and get the critical safety message across.
Safety in three steps – Slow down, Look & Listen.
Collectively, the campaign:
- Had over 20 million radio listeners.
- Picked up hundreds of video downloads.
- Reached peak advocacy groups from multicultural communities
All to show that finding the right voice for the right audience will always create a meaningful, effective connection and, in this case, also keep our railway crossings safer.
