Grace is a responsive, hands-on project manager — working with the team and with clients to deliver outstanding results.
An integral part of Think HQ’s client services team, Grace works primarily with the design and digital teams to manage projects from start to finish, from providing budget estimates, through to the evaluation of campaigns.
She recently oversaw the development of SANE’s ‘Better Off With You’ campaign website and the implementation of Think HQ’s first augmented reality project for the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority — an internal engagement activity that employees said was ‘inspiring and gratifying’.
This work involved managing the production of all event collateral, designing the layout of the augmented reality exhibition and overseeing the development of 6 x AR experiences, ensuring all work was delivered to deadline and to budget.
Grace is currently overseeing communications activity for National Disability Services, including the development of a new website and regular podcasts and webinars. She is also overseeing all rebranding activity for the National Disability Insurance Agency, which has included the development of new brand guidelines, logo and corporate image.
Previously, Grace worked at the Country Fire Authority — meaning she is adept at handling an emergency and responding quickly and efficiently.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of Tasmania.
