As a multicultural and brand marketing communications strategist and project lead, Elise is experienced in developing and delivering inclusive, integrated and highly effective campaigns for a diverse range of audiences, with a focus on multiculturalism.
Driven to ensure all Australians are meaningfully considered and included in important societal conversations, Elise takes a highly consultative and collaborative approach to multicultural communications and campaign design. She advocates for community needs and preferences, and calls on this cultural intelligence to inform and adapt materials that truly resonate.
Prior to joining Think HQ, Elise helped to develop and deliver corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for some of the country’s largest retailers. She has driven communication campaigns calling for poker machine reform and led the redesign of a global marketing group’s local social impact strategy.
Equal parts curious, thoughtful and efficient, Elise is driven to see society’s problems more clearly, collaborate more effectively and help design solutions for good. In support of that, Elise completed a Graduate Certificate of Social Impact at Swinburne University in 2021. She also has a Bachelor in Communication from Monash University.
