The brief
As the place where Australians lodge complaints about financial products and providers, AFCA’s mission includes a commitment to make the significant data it captures accessible. This data is rich, but it’s dense – it needed to be made transparent and accessible.
Idea
Think HQ designed and built the AFCA Datacube, a data visualisation and comparison website to make AFCA’s data sets on the issues, types and outcomes of financial complaints easy to search, compare and interpret for everyone
