Lisa’s career has been in creative agencies in strategy and account management. She brings to Think HQ extensive experience in creative strategy, campaign development and execution as well as brand development and creation.
Lisa spent 16 years at Marmalade where she was a partner and Head of Account Management and Strategy. There, she delivered projects for State and Federal Government in areas like education, health, disability, tax reform, recycling, and violence against women and children. She also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in non-profits including Stroke Foundation, Heart Foundation, Kidney Health Australia, Our Watch and Beyond Blue.
Prior to Marmalade, Lisa worked at cummins&partners, George Patterson, J. Walter Thompson and Mojo MDA where she has launched an airline in Australia (Virgin), created a toilet paper brand, and convinced a major brand of chainsaws it was time to talk to women.
Lisa believes in communication that drives change, for good. She works hard to deliver smart, clear and concise thinking that drives powerful creative communication.
Lisa is a founding member of the industry reference group for shEqual, a Women’s Health Victoria initiative to change advertising for the better – a movement for gender equality in advertising.
