It’s ironic Jess’s last name is an easily breakable material because this Senior Account Director can keep even the most delicate projects together. Never afraid to challenge if there’s a better way, Jess is the person you call when you need to get things done and done right.
With a list of experience so long it could trail across the floor, Jess has been keeping integrated campaigns afloat for 10+ years. She’s worked with a bunch of big-name clients including Optus, CommBank and RMIT University across a host of big-impact industries including finance, education and FMCG.
Bringing her organisational pizazz to Think HQ’s client service team, Jess is making her greatest impression on the world to-date. It’s here that she facilitates the strategic and creative development of campaigns with a positive impact leading projects for the Federal Government, Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC), WorkSafe, Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and more. Just recently she played a key role in delivering more than 200 distinct campaigns across 58 languages to provide vital health information amid Victoria’s COVID-19 crisis.
She might have a twin but Jess Glass is one-of-a-kind, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her cool, calm, and cleverly connected brain at Think HQ.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from University of New South Wales and a Mini MBA from Mark Ritson’s Marketing Week Course.
