Our sister company Lumin, online learning platform for the social change sector to build marketing, fundraising and communications capacity, has welcomed Aaron McNeilly as Partnerships Manager.
Aaron has returned to Melbourne after 18 months in London, and has recently completed a five-year appointment with the Prince’s Trust, formerly the Prince’s Charities Australia, where he helped establish the operations and diverse project portfolio. As Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager with The Prince's Trust UK, he managed a number of their largest corporate partners including: HSBC UK and their £2.4m Future Skills partnership; Bloomberg; Morgan Stanley and the Royal Mail Group.
Aaron brings more than a decade of cross-sector experience in partnership relations, operations management, fundraising and successful project delivery. He has an education in Product Design Engineering (Hons) and Sustainability.
He has helped shape policies and communiques furthering youth entrepreneurship on the international stage through his Australian Sherpa appointment with the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance and established The Prince's Lead Your Own Business program supporting transitioning Defence- personnel to start their own business.
Aaron believes that Australia has an incredibly fertile ground of world-class social innovation and impact. He is excited to leverage Lumin to help our sector further develop their engagement.
