Our sister company Lumin, online learning platform for the social change sector to build marketing, fundraising and communications capacity, has welcomed Aaron McNeilly as Partnerships Manager.
Aaron has returned to Melbourne after 18 months in London, and has recently completed a five-year appointment with the Prince’s Trust, formerly the Prince’s Charities Australia, where he helped establish the operations and diverse project portfolio. As Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager with The Prince's Trust UK, he managed a number of their largest corporate partners including: HSBC UK and their £2.4m Future Skills partnership; Bloomberg; Morgan Stanley and the Royal Mail Group.
Aaron brings more than a decade of cross-sector experience in partnership relations, operations management, fundraising and successful project delivery. He has an education in Product Design Engineering (Hons) and Sustainability.

Grace Quinn joins the team as Account Services Manager from the Level Crossing Removal Authority, with experience in media strategy, event management and stakeholder relations in a slew of high-profile government projects.
Quinn will work across the Creative & Interactive, Public Relations, and Content and Strategy teams to assist in the delivery of integrated projects for clients of the full-service agency.
Quinn’s experience in emergency services and major construction projects make her no stranger to high stress and time sensitive environments.

You’ve mentioned that you’re passionate about concept development. Can you tell us about the creative process and some campaigns you have worked on?
Coming up with a great idea or concept is like distilling a good and strong spirit. You will use lots of ingredients in the making, but at the end it will be crystal clear and will have a good kick.
I was lucky enough to work with great teams throughout my career and we created some interesting work we are still proud of. Recently, with my previous Copywriter pair, we created a cartoon character who educates kids and adults about haemophilia and helps little ones communicate the condition with their peers. Jane is a recent recruit to the senior leadership team of both Think HQ and Lumin. Jane has worked across corporate, advertising and not for profit. In her most recent position she oversaw the rebranding for The Tipping Foundation prior to the merger with House with No Steps, establishing the largest disability provider in Australia.
