Kate is a driven and focused project manager, excelling at following campaigns from end-to-end through a foundation of strong relationships and a deep understanding of the issues at hand.

Kate is the bridge between Think HQ’s PR, content, creative and digital teams, overseeing all disciplines to develop, execute and holistically manage fully integrated communications campaigns.

As Client Services Director, she thrives when bringing together team members across an array of disciplines to collaboratively deliver projects. Kate has meticulous attention to detail, overseeing project budgets and deadlines, ensuring all work is delivered on time and within budget.

She led the Department of Social Services’ Employ their Ability campaign, a complex and multi-faceted project spanning community and stakeholder engagement, media relations, content development, social media, video, design and partnership management.

Prior to joining Think HQ, Kate worked at GM Holden as their Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications Advisor, and a key part of her role involved managing stakeholder engagement activities, including philanthropic partnerships, events and employee engagement.

She also worked at nib health funds ltd as Communications Manager, overseeing brand management, brand and community sponsorships across Australia and New Zealand, stakeholder and employee engagement, and events.
Kate is passionate about social responsibility and is due to complete a Graduate Certificate of Social Impact at Swinburne University in 2019. She also holds a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Newcastle.
